Dr. Robert Schumacher is the Executive Vice President for User Experience at GfK. Dr. Schumacher is actively involved in designing and evaluating usability criteria for electronic health records (EHR) through the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), HIMSS Usability Taskforce, professional societies, and other commercial and non-profit organizations.
